Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
RE-DELIVERY POLICY
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, a notification card will be left for re-delivery arrangement. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery can be arranged, but the customer will bear the postage cost as outlined above (RM10.00 per re-delivery).

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Items are damaged or faulty upon receipt

Incorrect items were delivered

Notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or higher value. For higher value exchanges, customers must pay the price difference via bank transfer to:

Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. A maximum of RM5.00 will be refunded for return shipping costs.

A valid tracking number must be provided for all returned items.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the return/refund process to be completed.

Refunds are based on the final amount paid by the customer. Vouchers or discounts used in the original purchase cannot be converted to cash.
